prescriptions are checked for drug, dosage,
quantity, potential interactions and
contraindications. A drug utilization review (DUR)
is performed before final processing.
Prior to shipping, all drugs are double
checked by pharmacy staff to ensure the right
person gets the right medication. |

state and federal regulations prohibit us to
accept any prescription product returned by the
customer. In the event an error has been made by
the pharmacy of a customer receiving drugs that
should not have been shipped, a credit will be

keep prices of over-the-counter items low, we do
not accept returns unless an error has been made

prescription is not listed, simply select
“Other” from the medications list and we

manufacturer, and quantity and we will try to
