Q. Are there any shipping charges?
A. Due to the discounts taken on product pricing, we must charge a nominal shipping fee. This is as follows:

Q. Rates may change
A. We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories. Non - Prescription orders are shipped separately. Please allow up to one week to process prescription orders. Order shipment status can be tracked via our website.
Q. How long will it take to receive my medication?
A. Depending on the type of prescription, whether new, transfer or refill, please allow up to one week for processing and between 2 - 5 days for shipping. 
Q. What are your quality control procedures?
A. As a registered pharmacy and following ethical standards, all prescriptions are checked for drug, dosage, quantity, potential interactions and contraindications. A drug utilization review (DUR) is performed before final processing.  Prior to shipping, all drugs are double checked by pharmacy staff to ensure the right person gets the right medication.
Q. What licenses do the pharmacy and pharmacists hold?
A. 28 Pills Pharmacy is licensed in the State of Maryland and all Pharmacists are registered to practice in the state.
Q. Can I return prescription medicines?
A. Unfortunately, state and federal regulations prohibit us to accept any prescription product returned by the customer. In the event an error has been made by the pharmacy of a customer receiving drugs that should not have been shipped, a credit will be issued.
Q. Can I return non-prescription products?
A. To keep prices of over-the-counter items low, we do not accept returns unless an error has been made by the pharmacy.  In such an event, a credit will be issued. 
Q. Can you order prescription/OTC items not listed on this website?
A. Yes, provided that we can obtain them and do not violate state or federal regulations. If your prescription is not listed, simply select “Other” from the medications list and we will try to supply it. If you prefer, you can also send us an email with the product name, manufacturer, and quantity and we will try to find the item.
Q. What do you accept for payment?
A. At 28 Pills Pharmacy, we accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal. If you are submitting your order by mail, you may pay by certified check or money order. We DO NOT accept Personal Checks.  Electronic check processing coming soon.
